Bob Dubois, a dedicated member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), has over 35 years of experience in the utility industry. Graduating from Harvard H. Ellis Regional Tech School's Electrical program in 1988, Bob held pivotal positions at Eversource Energy, including Line Supervisor and Operations Manager. In 2023, he realized his dream of founding his own utility construction company, Orion Utility Contractors, prioritizing safety and reliability. With his skilled IBEW crew, Bob ensures uninterrupted power service, making a difference in communities across the region.
CFO
Tabitha Shustock brings over 7 years of expertise in financial operations to Orion Utility Contractors. With a Bachelor's degree in Business from Bay Path University, Tabitha has diverse industry experience, including commercial real estate, small businesses, and nonprofits. She excels in financial management, budget analysis, cash flow optimization, and strategic analysis, drawing from her successful track record in overseeing operational transformations. Tabitha's strategic mindset and analytical thinking make her a valuable asset to the Orion team.
Safety Manager
Steve Demay, a Marine veteran, brings a decade of experience in utility construction to his role. Passionate about people and safety, Steve performs weekly safety checks for Orion Utility Contractors crews, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. With his OSHE 10 certification, Steve contributes to the reliability of essential power services, prioritizing safety at every step.
